Solicitation DE-SOL-0010780 –EERE Program Information Center (EPIC)

Contract DE-DT0014004 has been awarded to Tantus Technologies, Inc. in response to the EERE Program Information Center (EPIC) solicitation.

Solicitation DE-SOL-0010780 –05/25/2017 - NETL issued a RFP under the NIH NITAAC CIO-SP3 SB Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for the EERE Program Information Center (EPIC) Project. EPIC is an effort to apply information technology (IT)-related initiatives to improve performance of EERE’s energy-related projects and the process by which these projects are planned, negotiated, awarded and monitored. The project endeavors to accomplish this by integrating and streamlining the business processes for EERE’s core mission areas, developing and deploying an IT system supporting those business processes, and providing the requisite operations and support services.

This will be a small business set-aside requirement and will require interested parties to be current contract holders under the CIO-SP3 SB GWAC. Potential Offerors are required to have Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Services (CMMI-SVC) or Development (CMMI-DEV) level 3 or higher. Each offeror is required to be considered a small business for the selected NAICS as indicated in SAM.GOV at the time of proposal submission.
