Solicitation DE-SOL-0010762 – Research Support Services (RSS)

Solicitation DE-SOL-0010762 - 5-8-2017  -  NETL issued a draft RFP as an unrestricted full and open competition for Research Support Services (RSS). Anticipated work assignments for this service contract would support activities across all NETL sites, with primary on-site presence in Morgantown, WV, Pittsburgh, PA and Albany, OR, and include travel to other DOE locations. The resulting contract will be a cost-plus award-fee/term contract with a base performance period of three-years, one two-year option period, and with an award term extension incentive of up to sixty (60) months for a potential ten-year (10) total period of performance. The anticipated award date for the resulting contract will be in May 2018 with an effective date of July 2018.

Interested parties are invited to submit comments and questions regarding the draft RFP. Comments and questions relating to the draft RFP are required to be submitted electronically through FedConnect. All comments and questions must be submitted no later than Wednesday, June 07, 2017 at 4:00 pm local time. NETL will not respond to comments and/or questions. However, all comments/questions relating to the draft RFP will be taken into consideration in development of the final RFP.
