This Funding Opportunity Announcement is seeking financial assistance applications for the development of tools and methods needed to improve the measurement and reduce the uncertainty in the measurement of in-situ maximum principal stress in the deep subsurface, and understand and predict the geomechanical impact of pressure migration due to injection on the storage complex including the underburden and basement formations.
