This Notice provides potential applicants advance notice that the Department of Energy Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM) intends to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (DE-FOA-0003002). The anticipated FOA is to solicit and award research and development grants to educate and train the next generation of engineers and scientists by supporting novel, early-stage research at U.S. colleges and universities. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THIS NOTICE. Please do not submit questions or respond to this Notice of Intent.
