Product Description
The 2024 version of the FECM/NETL CO2 Capture, Transport and Storage (CTS) Cost Screening Tool identifies the optimal transport and storage (T&S) cost scenarios (identified by storage site location), from the perspective of a CO2 source engaged in CCS (beginning in 2023, for a duration of 30 operating years), based on user inputs regarding the cost basis year (2018 or 2023), CO2 source, CO2 capture technology, CO2 pipeline transport infrastructure, geologic CO2 storage options, and CCS incentive options, and returns the associated total CO2 capture, transport, and storage (CTS) cost for those optimal T&S cost scenarios.
