| Objective: |
The project goal is to investigate and develop an understanding of the influence of coal and biomass mixtures on the rate and extent of the gasification and pyrolysis reactions. This will include identification of differences during thermochemical conversion for different process conditions, feed mixtures, feed preparation method and particle size. This project will also identify differences in solid, liquid and gaseous products and provide intrinsic kinetic data for computational fluid dynamic models. |
