Schematic diagram showing the basic features of the moderate-pressure turbulent stratified flashback facility. Measurements that will be made in the stratified burner include simultaneous dual-plane PIV and OH PLIF, krypton PLIF and Rayleigh scattering thermometry to study stratified flames and flashback at pressures up to 6 atmospheres for methane-hydrogen fuels.
