  1. Crude Oil Analysis Database:  Database contains information on 9,056 crude oil analyses performed at the National Institute for Petroleum and Energy Research (NIPER). The database is available in Microsoft Access 2002 format.

  2. Heavy Oil Database:  2004. The Heavy Oil Database contains information on over 500 reservoirs.  The work resulted from DOE's commission of work at National Institute for Petroleum and Energy Research.  The database is available in Microsoft Excel.

  3. NPC Public Database: (NPCPUBDB.GEO). Database developed by the National Petroleum Council (NPC) for its 1984 assessment of the nation's enhanced oil recovery (EOR) potential. The technical data description is at the reservoir level. Included with the database are the Appendices from the "TORIS Data Preparation Guidelines" (NIPER/BDM-0042) defining the data elements in the database. Available in Spreadsheet format that can be used on a PC or Macintosh.

  4. Rocky Mountain Basins Produced Water Database: A recently completed DOE/NETL supported project has resulted in a database containing information on produced water from basins in the Rocky Mountain region. The results of this project may help operators reduce costs, improve production rates, and increase the longevity of wells within these basins.  Click on the "Software" link below to download the database.
