A Woman of All Seasons
Pittsburgh, Pa. — Lilas Soukup, a 35-year employee at NETL, has been recognized by the Pittsburgh Federal Executive Board (FEB) as the 2013 Woman of the Year. Held in conjunction with Women's Equality Day, the awards program was on August 22, 2013; Ms. Soukup received a plaque, honoring her tireless efforts to enhance the role of women in federal programs.
