HOTEL INFORMATION
The Hilton Hotel located at 600 Commonwealth Place Gateway Center; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15222 will be the official hotel for the conference. The conference rate is $108.00 for a single/double room plus 14% tax. The Hilton Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh and has been the city’s largest and most elegant hotel since it opened in 1959.
For reservations, contact the hotel directly at (412)391-4600 x1. You must reference the Department of Energy or group code DOE to receive this special group rate listed above. A block of rooms for this conference will be held until Monday, November 19, 2007.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
An overnight room must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to avoid incurring charges to your account.
Early Departure Fee
The early departure fee is $50.00, but a guest has up until they check in to revise their reservation without penalty.
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
