Conference Objective
The 8th Annual Solid-State Energy Conversion Alliance (SECA) Workshop is an annual workshop that brings together industry, universities, and government in the R&D solid oxide fuel cell community to discuss recent achievements and future program research direction. This is an open meeting and attracts participants from the solid oxide fuel cell research community.

Foreign National Visitor Notice
NETL supports an active program of unclassified visits and assignments by foreign nationals for the benefit of its efforts. This program is essential to ensure that these visits and assignments are conducted under prescribed conditions in a manner consistent with U.S. national security policies, DOE programmatic requirements, and objectives, including U.S. export control laws and regulations.

For the purposes of DOE Order 142.3, a foreign national is any person who is a citizen of a foreign government, and has not been naturalized under U.S. law. This includes Legal Permanent Residents. Non U.S. citizens wishing to attend this meeting must submit a Request for Foreign National Unclassified Visit or Assignment NETL F142.1-2 [PDF-90KB] BY June 18, 2007. All forms received at NETL by June 18, 2007 will be submitted for review with an understanding that approval to participate at this event is not guaranteed. We will attempt to process all received requests and we will make every effort to obtain approval. If approval is not granted, the foreign national will not be permitted to attend. There are no exceptions. It is the responsibility of any foreign national planning to attend this event to coordinate with NETL Event Management.
