Synopsis: "A factsheet reviewing the contributions of marginal or stripper wells in response to U.S. crude oil and natural gas demand. Marginal natural gas wells produce 60 thousand cubic feet per day (Mcf/d) or less. Yet, marginal wells accounted for about 11% of natural gas production in the contiguous states, and the analysis of this review indicates that the volume will continue to increase. "
