2. Turn left onto US-119 South, proceed through two lights (WV-705).
3. Turn right onto WV-705 at 2nd light; proceed in the right lane through five lights (Van Voorhis Road).
4. Proceed forward through the intersection onto Burroughs Street.
5. Turn right onto Collins Ferry Road, proceed ~0.5 miles past light to NETL entrance on the right.
