On December 27, 2010, President Obama signed Executive Order 13562, entitled "Recruiting and Hiring Students and Recent Graduate."   The Executive Order mandates the termination of the Federal Career Intern Program (FCIP) on March 1, 2011. It also establishes the Recent Graduates Program.

The National Energy Technology Laboratory does not plan to hire any additional recent graduates using the FCIP authority. When additional information is available about the process for the new graduate program, we will post it on this page.  Please check back for additional information.
