Registration for the 2006 Southwestern Pennsylvania Regional Science Bowl will be completed through the use of electronic PDF files.  All registration forms are in fillable PDF format, and are located under the FORMS section below. 

To Register:

1. OPEN the forms on your computer.
   (NOTE : Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to fill out these forms and can be downloaded for free at Adobe's website )
   
2. Complete and PRINT the forms.
   (NOTE : After you complete the forms, you cannot save the completed forms to your computer unless you have Adobe Acrobat.  You must PRINT the forms after completing them.)
   
3. SIGN and date all 6 forms.
   
4. MAIL all completed forms and checks to the address listed below.
   (NOTE : Forms and Checks must be received on or by December 19, 2005.)
